In the role of Service Application Owner (m/w/d), you are responsible for the entire life cycle of your applications and services, ensuring smooth operation and ensuring that technical solutions are optimally adapted to the requirements of the business. The following tasks await As Service Application Owner (m/w/d), you are responsible for the entire life cycle of the assigned IT application/IT services and ensure their smooth operation and the associated processes. Your tasks in detail: You are responsible for the lifecycle of a service/application in terms of features, qualitative and economic aspects You take responsibility for providing services according to agreed service levels You determine and evaluate required service changes You take over the management of contractors and service providers including Quality You define, document and calculate Services You negotiate Service Level Agreements You take over the management of the implementation of service changes You conduct service reviews along with business partners You define and monitor performance indicators
