You go to the needs of your customers, gain confidence through reliability and plead relationships with a high level of empathy by actively connecting contacts and keeping your customers' business goals in mind. You don't only control your client projects operating, but you also think with and behind you, you're questioning briefings, developing solution approaches and making a structured project run. With your professional appearance and professional depth, you will ensure that our agency is established as an estimated Sparring partner at eye level – and you will specifically cover customer-specific topics from our entire service portfolio. You work hand in hand with different teams (e.g. planning, strategy or media orchestration) to integrate and effectively implement media planning and projects. You continuously supply your customers with important market information, trends and competitive analyses and actively invite them to major industry events and awards to promote their presence and networking. You develop your understanding of communication processes, customer collaboration and project management step by step – through structured learning “on the job”, deeper training and in the savings ring with experienced colleagues.

You bring very well-founded professional experience in customer or project management – ideally with Schwerunkt Media from a media agency. You know about media planning or have worked closely with media teams in crossmedia projects. You haven't had any direct contact with media or marketing yet, but a strong sense of relationships, brands and projects? Then you get the right attitude for our team with & fits us. You understand how to successfully position brands – and advise your customers in partnership and always at eye level. You bring a very good sense of the unique needs of your customers and transform them with passion and strategic thinking into tailor-made offers that inspire. You work structured, independent and do not lose sight of complex projects. You impress with your self-confident appearance, your determined decision-making and a clear, solution-oriented communication. Ideally, you already have experience with HubSpot, awork and Power BI or are ready to work in these tools quickly. You have very good German and English skills.
