Support to the Information Security Officer in ensuring the establishment and further development of the Information Security Management System independent monitoring of measures to ensure information security – including incident management, effectiveness measurements and monitoring of internal and external audits Development of safety guidelines / measures and monitoring of implementation in the areas of expertise Identification, analysis and assessment of threats and vulnerabilities regarding their relevance and effectiveness Own-sponsored monitoring of protection/risk analyses and threat assessments Ensuring the awareness of employees for IT security threats through targeted measures such as exercises or training Maintenance and updating of internal policies, documentation and emergency tests Support, coordination and preparation for reporting

Completed bank or commercial training, ideally 1-2 years of professional experience knowledge of technical information security and safety standards such as ISO/IEC 27001; KRITIS and DORA High organizational skills associated with a pronounced service mentality Safe handling of office applications (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint) Safe occurrence, high communication capability and willingness to take responsibility
