Pedagogical Assistant / Educational Companion for Career Orientation and Vocational Preparation (m/f/d)

You coordinate the multi-professional action team and prepare the timetable You supported young people in their career orientation and in their choice of occupation You conduct teaching units (e.g. application training, preparation for interviews) You develop individual application strategies and professional application documents with the young people You support the young people in the application process for internships and training places Enable and motivate young people You create a qualification and funding planning for the young people and continue to write them You document the individual actions of the participants and create reports and statistical evaluations You work closely with cost-beneficiaries, authorities, companies and the educational network

A completed vocational training or a completed study Min. one-year professional experience in the professional and/or social integration of socially disadvantaged young people Min. one-year professional experience in occupational training Knowledge of different occupations and their requirements and knowledge of regional training and labour market Fun at work with young people Career experience in the occupational or social integration of people with disabilities would be desirable High social and intercultural competence Communication strength and contact joy Structured mode of operation and an experienced handling of MS Office
