We are looking for a specialist for commercial tax and deputy team management commercial tax and dog tax (m/w/d) at the Central Control and Services/Finance department at the next possible time Full-time, unlimited Payment is made up to 10 TVöD or grade A11.

Your tasks: Processing and decision on recovery, suspension, process and recovery interest, including computerised processing Decision on appeals lodged, in particular the adoption of remedial or opposition decisions, including the fixing of fees Examination of liability stocks and decision on the adoption of liability decisions Representation of the team management Commercial tax and dog tax within a team of 4 employees in the field of taxation Participation in ensuring legal, efficient and service-oriented processing of tax transactions

Your profile: Bachelor of Arts – Public Management or Diplom-Financial (FH) / Bachelor of Laws – Tax Administration or a comparable qualification as an alternative: administrative staff or civil servants of the middle non-technical administrative service with the willingness to participate in an apprenticeship to/from the administrative specialist*in or at an ascent training course to the senior service Interest in self-responsible material processing with legal focus Team spirit and independent working Efforts to make decisions and the ability to safely assess complex tax issues safe occurrence and responsible handling of administrative and legal decisions
