That makes this job interesting for me: At 50Hertz, I work as an SAP HR consultant in a fixed HR+ product team, promote the further development of a state-of-the-art SAP HR landscape and, together with Elia, shape the HR systems of a European transmission system operator – with a direct contribution to the energy transition. My tasks: Technical responsibility for SAP HCM (PA, OM) in S/4HANA, Customizing & technical implementation of new HR solutions, consulting the product team for optimal technical solutions, translation of technical requirements into technical & functional specifications, End-to-end implementations (analysis, design, test, go-live), further development of Fiori apps (Standard & Custom), design and maintenance of interfaces to SAP and non-SAP systems (including SuccessFactors), implementing workshops with HR & IT stakeholders, Second-level support & system monitoring, maintenance of technical documentation, Active cooperation in the SAP Chapter (knowledge exchange & personal development).

completed studies of (economic) informatics, BWL or comparable qualification, Multiannual experience as SAP HR Consultant (HCM PA & OM), Very good technical understanding, including code reading & debugging, experience in S/4HANA and Fiori-First architectures, Agiles Mindset & experience in product operation, Very good German (C1) & English (C1). No need, but of advantage: knowledge of PY / PT, Experience with SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning), SAP and SAP cloud integrations, Experience with SAP (Public / Private) Cloud, Travel willingness to travel to Belgium.
