Spare parts management clerk with SAP knowledge (m/f/d)

Our customer, based in Sternenfels at Pforzheim, manufactures state-of-the-art machines for the production of microchips and semiconductor technologies. The innovative technologies and high-precision systems contribute significantly to the development of modern microelectronics.

For a long-term use with the option to take over, we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) for the processing of incoming requests.

In this position, you will process in-depth inquiries and maintain national and international customers. You take over the commercial handling of orders, projects, repairs and returns including the shipping organization. Export and import processing, auditing of accounts and inventory support are also your tasks. You maintain data in the ERP system and help improve processes and workflows.

A completed training to the industrial businessman, merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management or merchant for forwarding and logistics services (each m/w/d) forms the basis for this activity. You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing. Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office programs and export or project processing software are required. You bring experience in cooperation with international teams and work structured and reliable.
