Junior Sales Manager - Technical Customer Service (m/f/d)

Customer Relationship Management: You enter and develop existing customers in the B- and C-segment and stay in constant exchange via phone, mail and digital channels. New customer acquisition: You qualify leads and recognize early where real business opportunities develop. Supply Management: You start offerings, follow them consistently and bring them to completion. Technical advice: You translate customer requirements into technical and economic solutions – in close coordination with product management and development. Sales coordination: You support the sales team with your technical expertise and support proactively in order generation. Interface work: You work closely with Area Sales Management, Order Processing, Business Development and Product Management to cleanly implement delivery dates and customer requirements.

Technical foundation: You have a technical or commercial training/study – ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering. Sales experience: You've already gained first to including several years of professional experience in technical sales or in a comparable interface function. System affinity: You can safely move to MS Office as well as ERP and CRM systems and keep your data clean and up-to-date. Negotiation Security: You communicate structured, perform confidently and can also vote securely in English. Working style: You work independently, structured and keep track of several topics.
