In this internship you will get the chance to actively shape the dual study and training at tesa and to gain exciting insights into the promotion of young talents of an international company: You are working on conceptual topics around our study and training program and bringing your own ideas into continuous development You are planning diverse events – such as our Welcome-Week for welcoming the new dual students and trainees – and you are working together in the team You support the entire recruiting process: from the formulation of appealing job advertisements to the pre-selection of incoming applications You stand in exchange with universities and schools, develop suitable marketing measures for tesa and represent us at university and career fairs You accompany our junior staff through their programme, are contact person:in and care for a regular, personal exchange

You study economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree course – or are currently in your Gap Year between Bachelor and Master You are a real organizational talent and have the pleasure of bringing you into the team with your own ideas Self-working is yours, and you convince by your clear and open communication skills You also keep an overview in hectic phases, can set priorities and get structured with your time The handling of MS Office (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is self-evident You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
