As a team assistant HR in the Early Career department, you support your colleagues in all administrative and organizational tasks. You support the planning, preparation and implementation of events for our initial training target groups as well as trainees in sales and in our service center Germany. You are contact:in our internal departments and the BAUHAUS specialist centres as well as for external cooperation partners. In addition, you will perform correspondence by post, e-mail and other electronic communications channels and support the Early Career team in the event of tasks in the daily business as well as special projects. The creation of evaluations and reports (e.g. on program processes, to support the strategic development of our programs) complements your task profile.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a businessman for office management, office businessman, personal businessman (m/w/d) or comparable training. In addition, you have professional experience in the comparable field of work that you could ideally collect in a personnel department. You go routined with the MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Your structured, reliable way of working as well as team skills in conjunction with your precise, professional and address-oriented way of expression in written communication complete your profile.
