Our team collects and plans the requirements of our German pension insurance providers for various georedundant environments on standardized platforms and for a variety of tasks. As a Service Design Managerin (m/w/div) you take over the conceptual design, development and control of the services around the OpenShift container board. The aim is to provide stable, user-centred and ITIL-compliant platform services that optimally support projects and application managers in the development, integration and operation of modern container-based applications.

You are responsible for planning, controlling and documentation for the use of the OpenShift plate form: Analyze and accept requirements from specialist areas, development teams and operations Design and continuous optimization of services according to ITIL, in particular in the processes Design, Transition and Operation Participation in the definition and maintenance of the service catalogue and the associated SLAs/SLOs Taxing working groups and projects around platform services – including coordination of technical experts, product managers and external partners Ensure security, compliance and governance Transfer between technical implementation (DevOps/platform operation) and strategic IT service management Accompanying Changes in Structured Service Transfer Processes (example rollouts, releases, operating concept adjustments) The activity can be carried out predominantly outside the office (remote) after incorporation.

Completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or completed vocational training as a professional informant or equivalent qualification (for example IT-specific qualification) or comparable practical experience in the IT sector Multiannual current job-relevant professional experience in the IT environment, in particular with a focus on container technologies Funded understanding of OpenShift/Kubernetes platform architectures and IT services at infrastructure level (Platform as a Service) Experience in agile or hybrid working environments (for example Scrum, SAFe, DevOps) Gather points with knowledge in: RHACM / RHACS (Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management/Security) Automation and GitOps (for example Ansible, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD) IT security components (for example proxy, TLS certificates, encryption, firewall) High availability and scaling Monitoring / Logging / Alarming (EFK or Loki stack)

Ability to communicate complex technical issues in an address-oriented manner – both to technical teams and non-technical stakeholders Embossed conceptual and analytical skills as well as experience in the moderation of workshops Self-employed, structured working with a high level of teamwork, service and customer orientation
