You are the first point of contact for our customers after the purchase and go proactively towards their concerns, with a focus on service and satisfaction. You are the link between customers, technology teams and external partners. You advise on upgrades and extensions and help optimize existing systems. You ensure smooth after-sales processes, document in the CRM and provide feedback on product and process improvement. You build long-term customer relationships and recognize cross- and upselling potentials.

You want to start sales / after sales or bring experience with products in need of explanation (e.g. PV, storage or heat pumps). You enter emphatically and solution-oriented on customers and plead sustainable relationships. You can explain complex technical relationships in a comprehensible way. You work organized, document carefully and recognize optimization potentials. You want further development, meaning in your work and very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
