• Responsibility for part of the product portfolio (self-locking panic locks (SVP), door openers, panic fittings & plug-in locks) within the entire portfolio in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

• Product and market launch: planning, management and coordination of product and market launches and expiry processes; Creation and implementation of product roadmaps, including business cases and prices in cooperation with sales and global PM

• Marketing and sales: analysis and control of the entire marketing mix in cooperation with sales and MarKom; initiate campaigns and sales promotion activities together with sales and marketing communication; Communication of product information to relevant target groups

• expertise and training: support for sales and sales partners with product-specific expertise and technical training; Coordination and support of local field tests and pilot projects for new products

• Market monitoring and interface management: market investigation and compilation of market and competition analyses and product comparisons; Impact assessment of relevant standards and standards; communication of market requirements; Evaluation of feasibility for local products and business cases

• Complete study with technical and/or business orientation or comparable professional experience

• Experiences in portfolio management and assortment development and care as well as in project management and presentation techniques

• Good technical understanding, good analytical skills and process understanding

• Affinity for digitization and related product crosslinking

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

• Secure handling of the entire MS Office package

• Team skills & travel willingness in the D-A-CH room (approx. 20%)
