These are your tasks Asset management: You develop and update individual strategies for the processing of non-sustainable credits and open receivables and initiate judicial and extrajudicial measures. Security processing: You use existing collateral, such as guarantees or life insurance, and accompany their implementation. Customer solutions: You conduct talks with customers, develop viable agreements (such as repayment agreements or comparisons) and also accompany their implementation. Processing of material: You process payment processes, evaluate and write receivables and create documents for internal and external audits. Insolvency management: You report claims in insolvency proceedings and monitor them independently until the residual debt relief. Requirements: You manage old claims with regard to registered land and althypotheken rights and are independent of the competent offices.

We wish you Qualification: A completed training as a bank businessman/wife, as a lawyer or a commercial training with corresponding practical experience in receivable management. Professional experience: Basic knowledge of mortgages and mortgage rights in the standard credit business (private customers) as well as insolvency law. Responsibility: A reliable, team-oriented personality that is characterized by safe occurrence and enforcement. Working method: An independent operation associated with a rapid and conscientious processing of tasks and processes of different types. Digital mindset: routine in the use of common PC applications (e.g. MS Office) as well as an interest in handling digital media and technical tools.

You can expect from us An annual salary between 45,500 - 55,900 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group 7) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your qualification. 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers. The possibility to work on a mobile basis after the incorporation in the vote. 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December and special days for special occasions.
