(Junior) Microsoft Consultant | Modern Work & Cloud (m/f/d)

In our Enterprise Microsoft Transformation business unit, we work together with our customers: the modern working world of tomorrow – from Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot to teams, SharePoint and Security & Compliance to complex cloud and tenant migrations. Our business unit grows sharply – and we are looking for you as a professional:in order to start together with us. From the first day, you will gather practical experience in real customer projects, grow in exciting tasks and develop – accompanied by a structured onboarding, mentoring, individual trainings and Microsoft certifications – step by step to the Microsoft consulting expert. You support our consultants: in the introduction and further development of Microsoft 365 & Modern Work – such as teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and OneDrive

You participate in customer projects, prepare workshops, analyses and presentations and actively contribute to the team

You support migration to the Microsoft Cloud, including tenant-to-tenant and M365 migrations (e.g. with tools such as Quest On Demand Migration)

Experience modern topics like Microsoft Copilot, Adoption & Change and Security & Compliance (e.g. Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune) directly in practice

You support the conception of integration solutions and take on your own (partial) tasks with increasing experience

With our support you acquire expertise and consulting expertise and work on first Microsoft certifications

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, economic engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable field of expertise

You have first touch points with Microsoft technologies or IT topics – e.g. through internships, student work, final work or own projects

You bring great motivation to get into the consultation, learn new things and get involved quickly in topics

To optimally advise our customers on site, you are ready to travel nationally and internationally

Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
