We are looking for a dedicated pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) to strengthen our small team in the long term.

We accompany a child with special support needs in a family-like, health education-oriented environment. The focus is not on working with a large group, but on individual, reliable and long-term relationship design.

What you expect: • Accompanying a single child instead of a classical group service • Intensive pedagogical relationship work with time and continuity • A curative approach that focuses on the relationship, structure, security and individual development • Space for your own ideas and expertise • Self-employed pedagogical work and reliable coordination in the team • A family-oriented working environment in which you can experience and shape development directly

Your tasks include: • Support in the design of a safe, reliable and value-adding everyday life • Educational support and support • Promoting individual development of self-employment, communication and social skills • Design of common leisure, participation and development opportunities • Accompanying transitions, everyday requirements and challenging situations • Cooperation with Youth Office, Kita/Schule, therapists and other cooperation partners • Documentation of pedagogical work and participation in help plan processes • Participation in the design and development of the pedagogical concept

Take this with you: • Training as a state-recognized educator, curative teacher or comparable educational qualification • Joy in individual work with children with special support needs • Relationship work as a basis for pedagogical action • rest, empathy, reliability and sense of responsibility • Control challenging situations through orientation and safety • independent work but also the desire for binding cooperation in the team • Willingness to engage in a special family-analogous work area • Car driver license (service vehicle available) • German knowledge is mandatory (min. C1) • readiness to develop personal skills

Framework conditions: • Your mission takes place mainly in the afternoon, in the evening and on weekends • Occupational overnight stays in the educational centre are also part of the work area • Working hours are coordinated with each other early and reliably • The scope of employment can be individually agreed • A service vehicle is available for service trips • We wish long-term and reliable cooperation
