Own support of project-related M&A transactions in renewable energy and infrastructure projects design, testing and negotiation of (inter-)national contracts (e.g. SPA, joint venture agreements, cooperation agreements and commercial project contracts) Legal support from the development of the project through the construction phase to commissioning incl.
