Number: MER0003KL5 We are the Business Accelerator and the first contact for all IT infrastructure topics in the six major MO production plants Sindelfingen, Untertürkheim, Bremen, Rastatt, Hamburg and Berlin. In addition, we deliver global standards in the factory end devices environment and are key drivers in the strategic pillar IT/OT-Convergence.

We plan and implement IT infrastructure issues in location projects, series and IT integration projects. Based on existing services, we design customized solutions to be even better (solution design). Now we are looking for you – a dedicated*n intern who wants to immerse and actively shape the world of IT topics at the Rastatt site. With us you will not only watch, but you will pack yourself up with valuable practical experience. We offer you a varied internship where you will not only get insights, but real design playroom. You work with decisive processes and actively support our team in the Group project to convert classic telephony to future-oriented alternative technologies and their infrastructure (MS-TEAMS, IP telephony, mobile terminal equipment, mobile in-house infrastructure, ....). The following tasks await you: Support in project management and implementation Evaluation of system reports to identify further reduction potentials Support for pilot installations and adaptation of processes from practical experience clarification / introduction of future technologies together with users User support during migration to ensure smooth implementation Contact for questions during & after the change Updating/coordination of documentation in Asset Management Tools/MS Visio together with the service provider You can also participate in other topics (e.g. factory end devices, printers, network and IT service management). Studies in Computer Science, Media Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field Enthusiasm for current & new IT technologies Analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach desire to work independently and to move something together with the team Joy in handling customers and a pronounced communication skills Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Additional information: Location: Rastatt Duration: 6 months (35 hours/week) Of course, we do not have any ohnormalities.
