Vergabemanager / Bid Manager (m/f/d)

You support sales in the evaluation and processing of procurement procedures, tenders and mini-competitions in the public sector as well as for companies in the free economy. You assemble alert teams and bind the necessary departments to evaluate the initial situation and identify the necessary resources during the tender process You take over resource planning and control within the tendering process. You control the tendering process in time and quality. You support the assembly and processing of employee profiles and company references. You coordinate internal and external contacts as well as the work from the specialist departments. You maintain the reference database and take over documentation management. You organize, in compliance with quality assurance, the required documents, consolidate partial results and assemble them for final offers.

A completed commercial training, e.g. Kaufmann / Kauffrau fÃ1⁄4r Büromanagement, Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau, IT-Systemkaufmann / IT-Systemkauffrau, Kaufmann / Kauffrau für IT-Systemmanagement (m/w/d), a comparable completed study o. A. Ideally sound knowledge of public procurement and contract law Good IT confession and recognition of technical relationships Analytical thinking, structured and careful working and good self-organization Experiences in the IT service business as well as in the management of offer projects are desirable. Teamability, self-initiative and persuasiveness as well as a quick understanding Excellent communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and good English skills (level B1 or higher)
