Support in the commissioning of IIoT components, both by remote access and personally on site with the customer
Analysis, diagnosis and elimination of basic connectivity, network or device problems to ensure reliable communication between terminals, gateways and platforms
Implementation of firmware updates, rollouts of new software stands and implementation of configuration changes
Collection, evaluation and structured analysis of log and diagnostic data, including first cause analysis and escalation in complex technical problems
Introduction of new users to the Remote Access and Device Management Platform, including support during the first steps
Field Service Engineers training for best practices in remote access support and technical procedures
Active participation in the further development and optimization of support processes, action standards and technical documentation
Complete technical studies or completed training with relevant experience in the IIoT, network or industrial connectivity environment
Found experience in configuring, connecting and basic troubleshooting of network and IIoT devices, ideally in the industrial or production environment
Safe handling of command line interfaces (CLI) on devices such as gateways, routers, switches or IIoT controllers
Good knowledge of relevant IIoT technologies, architectures and communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC‐UA or Modbus as well as understanding of typical industrial integration scenarios
Embossed analytical and methodological skills, coupled with a clear, solution-oriented communication – both in technical diagnosis and user contact
Ability to guide, train, and support Field Service Engineers professionally,
Very good knowledge of German and English (C1‐Niveau) in word and writing
