Tasks with perspectives

You coordinate and form the board correspondence of strategically relevant topics between the Executive Board and the decision-making level of our customers at the direct customer interface for Customer Success. You bundle information and create a holistic view of board correspondence. You establish a framework and coordinate the preparation and refurbishment of customer appointments with board participation. You actively shape the sales communication with Atruvia. You actively support sales-internal information and exchange formats and support change processes.

Personality with profile

You have a successfully completed degree in the field (communication, media) economy or a related subject as well as several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. You have experiences in using MS Dynamics and have knowledge in (Change) communication. The routined handling of common office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is part of your daily business. Your analytical skills and persistence allow you to make sound and sustainable decisions. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). Social competencies such as team orientation, conflictability and an appraisal approach to customers and colleagues are a key feature.
