You are the voice and face of our employer brand - empathic, honest and authentic. With creative ideas and targeted Active Sourcing you will find the right candidate: both on social media and in career networks. You write meaningful job advertisements and accompany the entire recruiting process - from the application receipt to the recruitment. In job interviews, you recognize technical strengths and interpersonal fit - always in the sense of our customer requirements. You create structured and convincing candidate profiles for our clients. You actively introduce your own ideas, think solution-oriented and go new ways in recruiting.

A completed commercial training - e.g. as an industrial trader, hotel trader or similar. First professional experience in recruiting, ideally with knowledge in job markets, social media & active sourcing. Digital affinity - you feel at home in modern software solutions and the online world. Very good organizational skills, priorities and a clear view of the essentials. You are diligent, adaptable and passionate - with real pleasure in teamwork and communication.
