You carry out performance analyses and initiate resulting optimization measures Together with the virtual DBA team, you plan data bank updates, upgrades, fixes and patches You implement monitoring tasks and perform them You participate in the planning and execution of backup and recovery in cooperation with the storage and backup team You support and advise customers on data bank administration and configuration As System Manager, you are responsible for incident, problem, change and capacity management

Experience gained in the administration of the Oracle Database Management System (DBMS) under Linux / Unix Study of computer science or training as a specialist:in or a comparable qualification Intensified Linux (RHEL) and Infrastructure / Microsoft Server Features Safe handling of common script languages Basic understanding of cloud environments (Amazon or Azure) and DBaaS concepts First experiences with other DBMS systems (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, etc.) and with large database environments desirable German and English at a negotiated level Not all requirements met?
