For our Requirement and Project Management department, we are looking for a project manager at the Salzgitter site at the earliest possible time. You are the interface between our departments and internal developers as well as external IT service providers. You focus on the acceptance and specification of new requirements, the analysis and optimization to the realization and operation transfer to our service management. You secure the integration of relevant stakeholders and ensure continuous and transparent communication (e.g. IT security, data protection, works council). You support our specialist areas in consulting and implementing requirements and projects for process optimization, ITmodernisation and digitalization. Depending on the application or role, you are responsible for the requirement management, the design of the IT architecture, the product design, the test management or the entire project. You pay attention to the feasibility, compliance with corporate standards, guarantee feasibility in the context of time budget quality and contribute to the company's success through a jointly created value analysis. In your role as a request manager, you support the project portfolio management in the implementation of our departmental requirements. In addition to your activity as a request manager, you are active in special topics and exchanges proactively with your colleagues.

You have successfully completed your studies (e.g. Business Informatics, Economics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering) or have comparable qualifications with IT background. You bring at least. 3-5 years of relevant project experience (e.g. as a business analyst, test manager, software developer, Scrum Master, IT project manager, requirements engineer or similar roles). You have a good understanding of IT-relevant relationships and good knowledge of or experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (requirement clarification, solution conception, delivery management, quality assurance, etc.). Tools and methods of request and business analysis are used successfully in your everyday life. You are interested in the (partial) project management and professional management of teams. You speak German fluently and have good English skills in word and writing. We're important: we're not looking for a 'superhero' that already brings all the skills.
