Development of quarterly and urban concepts and planning with a focus on urban reorganization, urban rehabilitation, climate change adaptation Self-preparation and implementation of construction plan procedures and statutes according to BauGB and LBO as well as elaboration of urban contracts Planning and spatial planning assessment of third-party plan projects, support for urban issues Technical processing of construction law procedures with higher design requirements Development of drafts and reports as well as presentation of urban planning in public information events and political bodies

A completed study (Dipl.-Ing. TH/FH or Master) of urban planning, regional planning, spatial planning, the architecture with a deepening urban planning / urban planning or a comparable discipline Comprehensive knowledge in building and environmental law Safety in the manufacture and assessment of urban planning concepts, as far as possible with the focus on planning and construction in stock, adaptation of climate Understanding cross-disciplinary relationships as well as the ability to work independently, systematic and targeted, both independently and in the team Good written and oral expressiveness for the presentation of complex issues in the field of responsibility as well as readiness for performance and resilience.
