• Takeover of a key role in managing and controlling the (digital) transformation of operational activities

• (Pro)Active contribution to the department's transformation roadmap by supporting the backoffice teams for trading operations and driving initiatives/projects

• Take responsibility for representing the interests of the department in a variety of strategic transformation projects of Uniper

• In an agile project organization act to deliver (data-based) use cases for process optimization/automatization

• The bridge between operational activities and various projects and initiatives outside the department

• Regular exchange with the management team of the department to follow the progress of the entire reorganization

• Conduct excellent stakeholder management within and outside the department

• Detectable experience in managing projects/initiatives with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Wide understanding of Uniper's core trading activities, ideally with a solid understanding of back office processes

• Ability to bridge between business and IT

• Experience with data management/science/architecture is advantageous

• Self-starter with a pronounced "Can-do" mentality and commitment to proactively structure and execute complex and demanding requests

• Emotional intelligence to collaborate with a diverse group of senior/unior stakeholders

• Drive and energy to achieve the set goals

• Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire people for changes

• Embossed team player skills with the ability to integrate into different cultures and cope with a rapidly changing business environment

• Ability to interact with others in a mixed setup from a distance and on site

• Professional mastery of English. German knowledge of advantage
