Service Foreman / Team Leader Technical Service (m/f/d)

Do you like to lead people, keep an overview of several parallel topics and want to take responsibility for a technical service team? As a service manager, you are a central contact person in our service business in Magdeburg. You guide your team, maintain capacities and priorities in mind and ensure that customer requirements, technical solutions and the available resources match. We do not necessarily seek an elevator expert. The key are leadership, organizational talent, technical understanding and willingness to take responsibility. Your duties You lead and develop your service team. You provide orientation, make decisions, conduct employee talks and ensure reliable cooperation. You control capacities and priorities. You keep your team’s workload and workload in mind and coordinate in particular planned and larger maintenance, repair and service work. You provide technical support for the delivery. Together with our offer processing, you evaluate technical measures and create the basis for suitable offers. After order intake, plan and coordinate the implementation with your team. You are contact persons for our customers. You accompany the ongoing service business, clarify technical and organizational questions and, if necessary, also conduct more demanding customer discussions. You ensure quality and safety. Make sure that the work of your team is carried out professionally and according to our working safety and quality standards. You also control your area using key figures. You shall keep in mind the relevant performance and economic performance indicators, identify action needs and implement appropriate measures.

You have technical vocational training as well as further training as a master, technician or comparable technical qualification. More important than the perfect industry career is that you match this task: You want to lead people and take responsibility for a team. You already have leadership experience or today have professional responsibility and want to take the next step into a leadership function. You can organize, prioritize and make decisions when several topics are on your table at the same time. You appear to be binding and secure to employees and customers. You have sufficient technical understanding to evaluate measures and to organize solutions together with the right contacts. Of course, You work with digital tools and have a class B licence. Experience in the elevator industry is a plus, but no requirement. If you come from another technical service environment, we are also pleased to receive your application.
