Application operation: cooperation in ensuring availability, stability and performance including daily monitoring and capacity planning. User and Permission Management: With the help of maintaining accounts, roles and access rights according to Least Principles and Compliance Rules. Updates and patches: participation in the planning, testing and execution of releases, hotfixes and configuration changes incl. Rollback strategies. Incident and problem management: cooperation in the first diagnosis, error analysis, escalation, and cause elimination and prevention measures. Automation and optimization: scripting, job automation and continuous improvement of operating processes. Documentation: Maintenance of Operations Manual, Configuration and Change Logs, Emergency and Restart Plans. Stakeholder communication: cooperation in communication status updates, release notes, training support and expectation management and cooperation with specialist departments to optimize the use of the application.

Training/study: completed IT training or comparable qualifications such as studying mechanical engineering/electronics with initial experience of product developments. Experience: First experience in practice in operation and administration of applications or IT systems. Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, reliable implementation, clear communication, cooperative cooperation.
