As a working student (m/w/d) Media Cooperations & Events, you support our marketing department with 20 hours/week. The main tasks in your field of activity are: Preparation and creation of CI presentations, and protocol management at Kick Off Meetings with partners, agencies and internal stakeholders Support and execution of shootings, workshops, events, fairs and festivals Independent organization of vehicles for content production in coordination with marketing fleet Planning and processing of social media assets for Instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok Guest Management as part of events Creation of briefing documents for partners and internal stakeholders, as well as support in financial and legal fields Interface between Media Cooperation and Event Team
