Civil Engineer for Project Coordination and Planning Review (m/f/d)

Coordination of subcontractors: You are the central contact person for all post-contractors at the construction site. You coordinate the execution of the work, ensure a timely implementation and monitor the quality of the services performed. Examination and coordination of planning: You check external planning documents (architecture, statics, domestic engineering, etc.) for their feasibility and ensure that all relevant details are clarified before the execution is started. Make sure that the planning meets the construction requirements and the company standards. Early identification of planning and execution issues: Through your comprehensive technical expertise, you can identify potential vulnerabilities or conflicts during the planning phase and solve them in close cooperation with the planners and subcontractors. Documentation and follow-up of changes: All changes and votes in the planning and execution document carefully and ensure that all parties are informed about necessary adjustments. Quality assurance: You shall ensure that the construction work is carried out in accordance with the contractual arrangements and the regulatory and technical requirements. This includes regular testing of the quality of material and work. Coordination with project management and other departments: In close cooperation with the project management and the specialist departments, you contribute to the construction process running efficiently and without delays. Please make sure that all open planning points are quickly and efficiently clarified.

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in construction and coordination, ideally in the field of real estate development Knowledge gained in the examination of planning documents and coordination of contractors Embossed communicative skills and a solution-oriented working Safe handling of the current MS Office programs and possibly also project management software High team capability and enforcement capability Independent, structured and precise operation Good knowledge of German in word and writing
