Project engineer / environmental expert with a focus on environmental management, landscape planning in obtaining building rights (m/f/d)

Together with the team, You are responsible for the project for large motorway and federal highway projects. You are responsible for the processing of performance enquiries, awards, monitoring, acceptance and settlement of engineering and expert contracts including contract changes and supplements for:Environmental compatibility studies scenic planning and scenic planning and other environmental specialist planning

You take over the technical, timely and costly control of environmental planning as the basis of construction law procurement (artistic contributions, FFH compatibility studies, faunistic investigations etc.). You work closely with contractors and stakeholders, control external engineering offices and communicate with authorities of all levels. You support our quality assurance and knowledge management. You process opinions and represent environmental planning in the planning and planning process. You support the construction preparation and design by awarding the landscape-career execution plans, landscape-career accompanying plans, UVP audits, mapping and coordination of environmental management. You will introduce your expertise in establishing concepts for success control (function control, monitoring, risk management). You are involved in the preparation of the time and cost planning. You are entrusted with digital data storage and data management in a document management system and cloud-based data pools.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of regional care, landscape planning, geography, forestry, spatial planning, biology, environmental planning or have comparable degrees. You have a high degree of project management competence in complex infrastructure projects (especially large projects), preferably in the transport sector. You have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work, especially in construction law procurement. You have already been able to gain experience with complex problems in species protection and Natura 2000 sites protection and have special knowledge of species groups relevant to the approval (cartier methods / action sensitivities / compensation measures). You bring very good knowledge and security in the application of laws and regulations (HOAI, VgV, VOB, Nature Conservation Acts, etc.). You are familiar with geographic information systems (preferably Q-GIS) and already use them regularly. You have very good computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office, RIB iTWO). You are targeted and work with high performance and motivation. You have a strong communication capability, good social competence and team skills.
