The team of the Staff Department of the General Works Council supports the Group and Total Works Council and its commissions through the processable preparation and the expert advice in the respective processes and concepts. We are looking for a:n lawyer for the staff department of the General Works Council:in various areas of labour law and labour policy. In addition to the legal support of company-wide co-determination matters and the development of overall and group operating agreements, this also includes the support of a Commission of the General Works Council, the organisation and legally secure implementation of the Supervisory Board elections in Daimler Truck AG and the legal support of the works council elections WHAT DOOR: You accompany negotiations with the employer's side and prepare these legally safe You prepare overall works council agreements as well as group works council agreements independently to negotiate You advise employee representation in legal matters, focusing on collective and individual labour law You enter a commission of Daimler Truck AG's General Works Council on your own and provide the necessary technical advice You look at the development and implementation of complex concepts and processes with personal and labour-political importance, You take over the organisation and legally secure execution of the Supervisory Board elections in Daimler Truck AG.
