They are responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships taking into account technical and economic conditions with the aim of expanding customer satisfaction They form the interface to the customer in the processing of customer orders and contracts They ensure the up-to-date and completeness of the control communication with the customer and the departments They support the sales service in preparing offers They carry out orders from preparation to accounting in cooperation with the executive and supporting departments, such as e.g. Engineering, Logistics and Order Control

They have a completed commercial training, or a technical training with appropriate training or an economics degree They have ideally already gained first professional experience in the industrial environment and have a high degree of self-motivation The handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel, is not a problem for you. Ideally, you already had contact points with ERP systems, such as SAP They have analytical thinking, a structured way of working, communication strength and intercultural thinking and acting Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
