Deputy Head of Billing & Process Management (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated deputy lead for the area of billing and process management at the next possible time. In this key role, you work closely with the management and take responsibility for the further development and control of our accounting processes across multiple locations. Your role with us: You are not only a professional contact person, but you are actively shaping structures, processes and strategies around medical billing in a growing practical network.

Your tasks:

Support and representation of management in operational and strategic daily business Control and further development of billing (GKV / PKV) across multiple locations Professional leadership and support of the teams as well as central contact person for complex issues Ensuring correct, timely and legally compliant settlement Analysis, optimization and standardization of billing and process processes Accompanying digitalization and transformation projects in the accounting environment Communication with internal and external interfaces (e.g. health insurance, KVen, test centres) Compilation of evaluations, reporting and decision bases for management Participation in controlling performance indicators, revenues and billing quality Development of strategies for new services and their mapping in billing

Successfully completed studies in the field of Public Health, Health Economics, Health Management or a comparable course of studies – alternatively completed training in health care with corresponding additional qualification Ideally first experience in leadership tasks as well as in project and process management Practical knowledge in medical billing (GKV and/or PKV as well as relevant legal frameworks) Communication strength, team skills and a sovereign appearance Embossed process understanding and joy in actively shaping structures High self-responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality Analytical, structured manner and a high number affinity Interest in continuously developing and taking responsibility Do you want to move things forward, take responsibility and shape the billing in a modern connection?
