For our site Wertheim – dispatch – we are now looking for

Praktikant (m/w/d) Befristen until 31.01.2028, full time (37,5 hours/week)

• Compilation of shipping documents and invoices for shipment by truck, lake, air and courier to Germany and abroad in compliance with all requirements, standards and rules applicable to the company
• Helping to implement customs and preference changes
• Resolution of Letter-of-Credit and Cash-against-Documents
• Disclosure of Intrastat notifications to the Federal Statistical Office
• Representation of import processing
• Processing of Trade Compliance in the Company
• Processing of the process of request confirmation of all German glass locations
• Acquisition of other shipping or department-specific tasks

You should bring this with you:

• Completed training as an industrial businessman, merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management, forwarding businessman (m/w/d)
• Customs, preferential, import, export, logistics and export control experience
• User knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Good German and English in Word and Writing
• Fast and systematic operation
• Team-ready, reliable and flexible personality
