Service advisor for the BMW, MINI and Kia brands (m/f/d)

You are the hub between the customer and the workshop team – and the cross-brand. Whether BMW, MINI or Kia: You will accompany our customers competently throughout the entire service process.

You do not only serve our three brands, but also get to know both locations in Weilheim. Depending on requirements and deployment planning, our team will support you both in the BMW & MINI car house and in the Kia car house. This gives you a variety of tasks, different customer groups and exciting insights into the world of different brands. You flexibly introduce your know-how where it is just needed – and thus become an important link between our teams.

All of the service shops will work with you. For this purpose, you will exchange with colleagues from the workshop and the parts sale. At the same time, move safely between the BMW, MINI and Kia brands and provide a first-class service everywhere. Variety is guaranteed: Every client, every customer brings his own concern. And sometimes it becomes turbulent: three retrieval requests at the same time, a breakdown throws the schedule or a repair is larger than expected.

You keep quiet and find the right solution. This mix of organizational talent, technical understanding and customer orientation is fun for you. If everything goes according to plan, make your day quite free. Inquiries with leasing companies, writing work for upcoming dates or voting with internal contacts – there is enough time for this. You decide what to do when.

You have a training in the field of KFZ mechatronics or KFZ mechanics? Super - you need that for this job. Master*in are you, too? Even better (but not a must). You have already gained experience with technical or commercial tasks in a car house? Great, this will help you get started quickly. Circa half of your working time you spend on the PC. I'm sure you've got the office programs, and we'll teach you the BMW and Kia systems.

We're planning very long with you, the place is indefinite. Holiday allowance and annual premium, 30 days vacation, working time account and occupational pensions. Discounts on vehicles and services.
