Project management in technical facility management (m/f/d)

As part of our long-term PPP projects, you play a central role at the interface between operational implementation and strategic development:

You support our object managers in overriding tasks that go beyond the day-to-day business, and at the same time contribute to the further development of our site on the side of the project and site management – in particular in operational, conceptual and coordinating topics. Your tasks at a glance: Project support: You are responsible for carrying out tasks within ongoing PPP projects and work closely with the project management and the object lines on site. Conception and presentation: You are actively involved in the development of operational and technical revitalization concepts in existing properties and the creation of offers for new projects. Communication and interface management: You are regularly exchanged with clients, authorities and project participants and support customer and user requests. Quality and performance control: You keep an overview of complex contracts and you accompany the implementation of contractually agreed services, keep budgets in mind and assist in cost and revenue control. Risk and conflict management: You identify risks at an early stage, develop targeted measures for prevention and thus ensure project success. Conflicts are structured and solution-oriented – with the aim of achieving sustainable results for all stakeholders. Reporting: You help to create and maintain project-related reports and evaluations. Project implementation: You support the implementation of new projects and objects and ensure a smooth transition into operation.

Complete studies, ideally in the fields of supply engineering, engineering, facility management or a comparable field of expertise

As an alternative to technical training with FM-specific further education and training

Professional experience in facility management, ideally in object or project management

First leadership experience in managing object teams in facility management or service

Funded knowledge of contract management

Experience in the calculation and implementation of projects

Excellent commercial understanding as well as a pronounced customer and service provider orientation
