The responsibility includes both the organisation of the maintenance work and the personnel management, as well as the planning and organisation of the material resources of the station. Scheduled and unplanned maintenance work in cooperation with the respective operator, EAT LEJ MOC, Aerologic MOC Troubleshooters and work preparation/planning Continuous progress control, prioritizing and corrective procedures Organisation of AOG processing in cooperation with respective operator MOC and Troubleshooting Department Management and professional guidance of employees – regarding compliance MOE / CAME / TC Holder documents / Engineering Technical Circular / CTL Conduct employee, trial time and AMPA talks and schedule agreed, set targets Contact person for technical and personnel topics of employees and contract staff Contact for DHL Express FRA Ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and operational regulations and regulations Ensuring effective, economical use of personnel (authorisation and training planning), resources and all supporting functions Take measures to disrupt infrastructure and equipment at the station Special tasks, such as special projects Contact person for problems, audits and security requests Conduct and/or support of optimization and digitization projects Implementation of CIS/CIM philosophy and team coaching
