That draws you

• a degree as a state-recognized educator, medical teacher, social worker, social pedagogue (B.A.), or comparable, such as music education
• German language (min. C1 in word and writing)
• In addition: English, Spanish, Georgian, Arabic, Persian, French or Russian (min. B2 in word/writing)
• knowledge and experience in the field of anti-violence, deescalation, risk of child welfare, prevention of addiction, handling of traumatization
• Intercultural competence, team skills, organizational skills, communication skills
• Ideally experience in working with refugees
• Interest in organizing events
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experiences in communication with authorities
• Ready to work in the shift system (early/latest) including weekend/feetage

Your location A total of 700 places for asylum seekers are available in the first reception facility of the Free State of Saxony. In addition to the care, the Johanniter offers social education advice, children's programme, basic medical care and a reception.
