The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the services of the securities business for Client Solutions, Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Position type: Full-time/Part-time Process optimization and improvement: driving forward the transformation of operational processes through improvements in commercial processing, control and trade-supporting activities, troubleshooting and billing to increase efficiency and accuracy. The focus is always to ensure a smooth operation in investment banking. Cooperation with strategic change initiatives: cooperation with trade and sales departments to align business changes with business objectives and to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives. Working in the field of securities transactions: supervision of the implementation of small and large change projects and ensuring the successful introduction of new systems in the Calypso Securities Instance system.

Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills for dealing with stakeholders, managers and teams in implementing process changes. Embossed analysis and problem solving capabilities to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Project management: Proven ability to have worked on projects in the Mid Office area to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely completion. Functional knowledge: Deep understanding of securities transactions, in the Middle Office area, including commercial processing, settlement and troubleshooting. Expertise in implementing system and process improvements in operational workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency. Experience: Deep practical experience in Middle Office, technical and practical knowledge in Calypso Securities Instance and Murex application, specializing in process improvement, commercial processing and settlement optimization. Proven track record in the collaboration of successful Middle Office change projects, from small initiatives to large system implementations in Calypso Securities Instance. Additional competencies: ability to reconcile operational changes with strategic business objectives and ensure that operational improvements support the overarching corporate objectives.
