As Group Manager Customer Support & Lifecycle Management (m/w/d), you will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of specialists in the fields of Customer Support, Training Management, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and In-Service Support (ISS). Together, you will ensure that our maritime training and simulation systems are operated, supervised and continuously developed over their entire life cycle. In this role, you are a central contact person (m/w/d) for customers, projects and internal departments. You coordinate service and support services, develop training and support concepts and ensure that logistical and technical support services are provided efficiently and customer-oriented. In doing so, you combine operational responsibility with the strategic further development of your area of responsibility. Together with your team, you create the basis for high customer satisfaction, long-term customer relationships and the sustainable success of our systems in the national and international environment. Through close cooperation with customers, project teams, development, sales and partner companies, you actively shape the future of modern maritime training and simulation solutions. Your tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of an interdisciplinary team including personnel needs, investment, capacity and cost planning Control and continuous optimization of all customer support, ILS, ISS and training activities over the entire product life cycle Ensuring the contractually agreed service, availability and quality requirements for national and international customers Responsibility for planning, prioritization and resource management of ongoing service, support and training services Development of processes, methods and standards in the areas of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), In-Service Support (ISS), Customer Support and Training Management Professional support of supply, project and change processes as well as support in the development of sustainable service and support concepts Analysis of operational, support and quality indicators and derivation and implementation of appropriate improvement measures Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as a central escalation and contact function for service and support-relevant topics Promoting professional qualifications, knowledge management and cross-departmental cooperation to ensure the organisation's high performance

Complete studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology, BWL, VWL or comparable Management experience and relevant professional experience in the development of small and medium-sized development projects Practical experience in the technical functions required above English language skills (in word and writing) Business thinking and acting Target-oriented and independent working and enforcement Embossed negotiation and communication skills Global readiness
