Head of Department Structural Engineering Hennigsdorf (m/f/d)

Management, control and coordination of tasks, objectives, processes and personnel of the department. Control and coordination of engineering measures (new, re- and development and conservation measures). Management of employees, including personnel development, target agreement and control of the achievement of targets. Control of construction preparation and construction work and cooperation with project-related third parties, authorities and internal departments. Control and coordination of the tendering and the handling of construction and engineering contracts. Creating and monitoring financial and timetables and ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, technical and internal requirements. Optimization of internal processes and cross-departmental coordination. Reimbursement to business management and introduction and implementation of necessary measures for target deviations.

Completioned academic studies (Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering or comparable qualifications, knowledge and experience. Long-term professional experience in construction engineering and the design of engineering structures. Long-term professional experience in a comparable management position. Knowledge according to GG Art. 85 in conjunction with Art. 90, FStrG, WaStrG, EKrG, BGB and BauGB. Knowledge of budgetary and procurement law (including BHO, LHO, VgV, HOAI, HVA B-StB, HVA L-StB). Procurement knowledge of German in word and writing for professional communication and documentation. Valid driving licence of Class B (or Class 3) for service trips to our buildings and project locations.

That would be desirable: In-depth knowledge of planning, awarding, contracting and financing of engineering structures. In-depth knowledge of the technical regulations and guidelines of engineering construction (including DIN 1076, RI-EBW-PRÜF, BEM-Ing, RABT, ZTV‐Ing, RI-ERH-ING, RE-Ing, RAB-Ing, instruction on stress crack corrosion, billing policy). Knowledge of the processes of public construction management.

Group of charges: E15 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
