Your tasks in technical purchasing Technical and commercial purchasing of materials, plants and components for the HLSK plants Collection, testing and evaluation of supplier and subcontractor offers based on performance directories, planning documents and technical requirements Creation of price levels and award recommendations Management of price, contract and contract negotiations, as well as ordering materials and commissioning of after-contracting services Ensuring cost-, time- and quality procurement, monitoring delivery dates and clarification of delivery deviations Construction and maintenance of our supplier and subcontractor network as well as further development of our purchasing processes Your tasks in costing

Own-responsible creation of supply and project calculations for the plants Heating, ventilation, sanitary and climate Examination of tender documents and performance registers and determination of the quantities and services required Determination and evaluation of material, assembly and external performance costs Collection and evaluation of supplier and after-contractor offers as the basis of costing Development of economically and technically suitable alternatives Calculation of yields and evaluation of performance changes Participation in offer and award talks and structured transfer of the costing bases to the project management In both areas of activity you work closely with the project management, construction management and technical management and take into account the current market and price development.

Completed training in the field of HLSK, if necessary with further training to the master or technician, or a corresponding technical study Alternatively, a commercial training with well-founded professional experience in technical purchasing or in the calculation of the TGA industry Good knowledge of technical components, materials and systems in the plants Heating, ventilation, sanitary and climate Professional experience in technical purchasing, in calculation, project management or construction management is advantageous Safe handling of performance directories, offers and technical planning documents Embossed cost awareness, analytical thinking and commercial understanding Binding occurrence and negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers and subcontractors Independent, structured and reliable operation Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with industry-specific ERP or costing software is desirable Knowledge of the VOB as well as in contract and contract law are advantageous
