Your duties You are responsible for the independent control of production orders

You are entrusted with the coordination of the use of up to 25 employees: across departments, perform them in discipline and provide technical support

You ensure employee qualification according to the qualification matrix, check the results of the work and conduct employee discussions

You take over quality assurance and ensure compliance with both quality standards and safety regulations

You are responsible for the planning and optimization of the production order, taking into account the aspects of occupational safety, quality and quantity.

You support the creation and maintenance of the implementation of work instructions and the introduction of measures in the event of deviations

You have a completed technical training, such as mechatronics or another relevant field for production

You have well-founded experience in employee management within a production environment, ideally in the role of a shift manager or in a comparable position

You are versed in handling MS Office and apply the programs safely

You have very good German and solid English skills.
