You are responsible for the logistics process from picking up to providing pallets in the goods exit zone and uses digital tools to control You control your team in the commissioning area and make sure that the orders are assembled completely and error-free and meet our quality requirements You carry out daily team meetings and you are responsible for staffing as well as the efficient incorporation of new colleagues. How to promote optimal cooperation and performance in your team You are responsible in your area for compliance with all security regulations and for implementing LEAN initiatives and continuous process improvements
