Specialist Consultant for Meter and Measuring System Assemblies (m/f/d)

You support team management in the organization, documentation and optimization of all relevant assembly processes You are a professional contact for our assembly staff and you will start practical assembly guides as well as impulses for efficient processes You train and instruct both internal employees and service providers – including practical training You plan and monitor assembly capacities according to the specifications You analyze and optimize assembly processes, in particular with regard to iMS rollout, fault processing, revisions, complaints and sample reprocessing You enter and plan trainees in your area You carry out quality monitoring of assembly activities You take over order processing and monitoring You support the disposition of assembly orders and manage short-term failures You regularly report to team and department management and to the management You continuously identify potential for improvement and implement it You take part in basic, demand and budget planning You are involved in the organization and control of quality assurance measures

A completed (Bachelor) degree with an electrotechnical background or an electrotechnical training with professional experience as well as a further training as a master or technician Multiannual professional experience in the described field of work Knowledge of methods, procedures and the monitoring of directives, regulations and laws, in particular in the field of VDE TAR/TAB Basic energy knowledge Very good PC knowledge and safe handling of specialist software Strong self-management and experience in project management Educational competence as well as joy in sharing knowledge Loadability, flexibility and awareness of responsibility Team spirit and a clear, valuable communication
