IT-Supporter Industrie (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Technical support of users and system supervisors on server and client level
• Error diagnosis and fixation in hardware and software problems
• Installation and configuration of IT systems and applications
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring availability
• Implementation of training and instructions for users from different departments
• Creation and maintenance of documentation of IT processes, system configurations and problem solutions

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete training in IT or comparable qualification
• First and Second Level Support Experience
• Basic knowledge of network technologies and protocols
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical problems
• Ideally good ITIL knowledge
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
