District Manager Field Service Food Retailing (m/f/d)

As a district manager (m/w/d) in the field service with training activities in the LEH, you will strengthen the presence and quality of our BLUME2000 depots directly at the point of sale. You enter existing locations and train our trading partners: for a strong brand image and the successful implementation of our sales concept. In the Rheinland-Pfalz/Hessen/Baden-Württemberg area (preferably with a residence in the large area 64331 Weiterstadt (Rhein-Main area) you also accompany new storage openings and actively supports the expansion of our unique shop-in-shop concept. That's how you make sure that our flower assortments also inspire at the supermarket.

Training & Coaching: You use our unique BLUME2000 concept as well as our sales processes. On site in the market, you will conduct practical training on product presentation, assortment care and sales promotion – for employees and managers. Preparation & Opening: You prepare depot openings, assist in ordering furniture and actively accompany the opening weeks on site. Care & Counselling: You visit our depots (cross-region) and you are a contact person for market leaders and employees in terms of depot management and optimization. Sales support: You implement action areas, special placements and seasonal topics directly on site. Analysis & Reporting: You regularly analyze sales and other KPIs in your markets, take appropriate measures and document your visits including photo documentation. Network care: You work closely with internal areas such as logistics and purchasing, pass on optimization potentials to the central team and exchange regularly with external service colleagues. Disposition: You support colleagues in the MRP with feedback from the markets for optimal product control.

Commercial training – ideally in food retail (LEH). 3-5 years of experience in sales, external services or visual merchandising – preferably in the LEH environment. Experience in performing trainings and coachings of advantage. Impressed numerical affinity as well as a safe view for analyses and relationships. Embossed communication strength, empathy and safe occurrence. Self-contained, structured and organised work with a high readiness to travel. Fit in MS Office (including Excel & PowerPoint). Driving license class B.
