Employment type: Unlimited Working hours: Full-Time Joblocation: Stuttgart In this position you will continuously develop concepts, processes, and IT applications for the SAP HCM application landscape, specializing in the German SAP payroll module. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and change requests, primarily focusing on the SAP HCM PY area. You will act as a technical consultant for SAP interfaces, including IDOC and RFC. In addition, you will cooperate with German customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. So, you will work closely with restricted IT teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Lastly, you will ensure seamless communication and cooperation between internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.

Education: completed university studies in business informatics or a comparable subject Experience and Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR processes; Ability to read and debug ABAP code is beneficial Personality and Working Practice: your confident appearance distinguishes you, you have a very good self-organization, you see yourself as a team player; your customer and solution-oriented nature complements your overall profile Enthusiasm: you enjoy working in teams distributed of customers, consultants and in international teams of software developers and external service providers. Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English *In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements.
