Manual and administrative tasks when receiving, storing, shipping and other logistical areas in our global warehouse Processing of incoming and outgoing spare parts orders from our warehouse to Rapiscan locations and customers in EMEA Organisation of transports to various customers and warehouses Identification and organisation of spare parts deliveries to our plants Operation of warehouse and goods management systems. Identify and propose problems Confidence with ERP systems (MS Dynamics) is advantageous Good knowledge of German. English knowledge is advantageous

Complete vocational training or relevant professional experience in the field ofstorage / logistics desirable Good communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team Efficient time management and ability to prioritize various tasks Experience in guiding industrial trucks/stacker type preferred, but not absolutely necessary Knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel) are advantageous
